Cela se fera par exemple, par l&#8217;apprentissage de l&#8217;ancrage ou de la pratique de la respiration consciente, qui permet de retrouver son calme avant de travailler pour \u00eatre plus <strong>CONCENTR\u00c9<\/strong> et <strong>EFFICACE ou d&#8217;avoir de meilleures relations avec les autres et\/ou d&#8217;appr\u00e9hender une situation avec CONFIANCE et SERENITE.<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">L&#8217;objectif principal de mes accompagnements est de vous aider \u00e0 comprendre que vous \u00eates le\/la\u00a0<strong>SEUL.E RESPONSABLE<\/strong> de votre\u00a0<strong>R\u00c9USSITE.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Un r\u00e9el suivi sera r\u00e9alis\u00e9 sur la plateforme WIMI qui permet de regrouper tout le contenu des s\u00e9ances : <\/b>supports de cours et d&#8217;exercices, les rendez-vous, les visios conf\u00e9rences, les rappels des t\u00e2ches pour permettre la bonne mise en place des habitudes : <b>De quoi faciliter les accompagnements!<\/b><\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Certifi\u00e9e en Mindfulness, en sciences cognitives, en gestion du stress, praticienne en troubles du comportements cognitifs, coach en nutrition, etc., j&#8217;utilise des outils et techniques issus du D\u00e9veloppement Personnel et des s\u00e9ances\u00a0<\/strong><strong>de 30 min <\/strong>(= 8 heures)<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>de coaching\u00a0minimum pour avancer sur un objectif, en fonction de l&#8217;\u00e9volution du coach\u00e9 vers son autonomie.<\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En cas o\u00f9 le coach\u00e9 souhaite travailler sur plusieurs objectifs: il faudra pr\u00e9voir un nombre d&#8217;heures suppl\u00e9mentaires de s\u00e9ances de coaching.<\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Les s\u00e9ances sont toutes les semaines pour permettre un <strong>SUIVI R\u00c9GULIER ET EFFICACE<\/strong> ;<\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Des exercices sont \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser par le coach\u00e9 et \u00e0 renvoyer par mail entre chaque s\u00e9ance\u00a0d&#8217;accompagnement ;<\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Chaque s\u00e9ance suivante permet de mettre en avant le travail r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par le coach\u00e9 : progr\u00e8s, difficult\u00e9s rencontr\u00e9es et ce qu\u2019il faut encore travailler pour atteindre l\u2019objectif principal ;<\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Le suivi r\u00e9gulier <\/strong>ou exceptionnel, par email (ou sur la plateforme)\u00a0<strong>sous forme de bilans de la s\u00e9ance\/ et des exercices<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>\u00e0 r\u00e9aliser par le coach\u00e9,\u00a0<\/strong> durant les inter-s\u00e9ances est possible et est compl\u00e8tement\u00a0<strong>GRATUIT !<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Les exercices, le questionnement et tous les supports sont issus des derni\u00e8res recherches en neurosciences et en d\u00e9veloppement personnel.<\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u21d2 <strong>Chaque offre de coaching est d\u2019au minimum de 8 s\u00e9ances d\u2019une heure :\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 560 \u20ac <\/strong>(1 s\u00e9ance de coaching en plus = 70 euros) + une s\u00e9ance de diagnostique \u00e0 80 euros.\u00a0<\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><span style=\"color:
